So my babies are 2! I still can't believe it. Where does the time go? We had a great party for the boys, but unfortunately Ben was sick. Not quite a Happy Birthday for him. Connor, however, loved having the spotlight on himself. Here are some pictures- click to enlarge them. BTW- we had their 2 yr check up. Connor is 30lbs and 35 3/4 inches and Ben is 33lbs and 35 1/2 inches.

Funny story...I put Austin to bed last night and about 20 minutes later he woke back up. I put him back in bed and sat with him. I happened to realize it was 8:01, so I yelled out to Jeff..."are we taping Dancing with the Stars"? Jeff checks and hollers back that we are. Austin, in the most condscending voice(gee wonder where he gets that from!) says to me "Mommy, stars don't dance, they just shine!" Like duh, are you stupid or something! It was hysterical. Jeff's comment was and to think a year ago the kid was 18 months behind in speech and cognition! Love that kid!

My babies are two!!!! Where has the time gone?? I'll post pictures after their party this weekend.

Things are crazy here as usual. My boys keep me so busy. I finally broke down and took Connor to the pediatrican. I swear that poor kid has diaper rash more often than not. I finally accepted that maybe there is something more going on. So off we went. The dr gave me cream for his rash and decided it's time to look into the cause. We are going to start with a dairy free week and see if that helps the rash and his intestinal system. If that doesn't work, we are going to cut out all sugars. When my brother was a baby, he lacked an enzyme to break down all suagrs...so maybe. The next stepw ill be screening for Celiac's disease. This is probably a big stretch, but it doesn't hurt to cover all our bases. Besides they are already drawing blood at his 2 year appointment...so what's a little more! Other than that, he is doing good with speech therapy. It's slow going though.

Austin is doing great. We are in the midst of trying to coordinate another trip to Boston. We are going to try and get in as much as we can. We know they want to do a 24 hr EEG and an ERG (eye exam)...not sure what else. We'll keep you posted.

Ben is Ben...little genius in the making. :)

So, the other day I find my film camera that I haven't used since Jeff bought me my digital...LAST CHRISTMAS. Guess what, I actually had film in it. Kind of weird to see photos a year apart. Enjoy!
